Panasonic NCP 500V-uk BRI card 2

i have a red led on the BRI card, and when i log in it tells me that it is faulty.
the ISDN are connected and are not working in or out.when i try to OUS the card the system resets itself.....thanks.

There is a Panasonic forum as well, I am not into Panasonic very well but there you have the best change to get a solid answer.

So the system is telling you, you have a faulty card, have you tried replacing it?

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink!

thanks for your help, unable to get replacement BRI card over the weekend, will try a new one tomorrow.
