Panasonic microphone volume on KxT-7731

My customer has old Panasonic KSU I think it is a 61610 eas a phone Anyhow I replaced old telephone with new KXT-7731.
Is there a way to amplify outgoing microphone volume. Inbound customers repeatedly cannot hear receptionist.
I previously swapped ext 101 to ext 106.
