Panasonic KXTES 308 auto attendant problem

Hi new here wonder if someone can help

Installed a Panasonic KXTES 308 with auto attendant and voice mail

set up auto attendant when you dial the main number you get the message dial 1 for whoever 2 for who and 0 for reception
the problem I have is the message tells you to dial 0 for reception but when you do it then rings for approx 10-15 rings then cuts the incomming call off this is driving my client nuts as they are loosing calls.

all the other extensions are configuired for voice mail but the client does not what this on the reception phone.

what can I do to stop this??

step by step guid would be good

are you using the built-in disa card or the tvm

what is set for disa intercept timer and what is set for intercept mode?

you may have to extend both intercept timer and after intercept timer. the vm/AA in the built in disa care is very basic
