A "beeping" sound is heard every 5 minutes from a 7665 set. The user does not know what it is and does not see any kind of notification on the set lcd. What is this? I had bgm turned off, but this alert still continues.

Have you tried dialing "Intercom *790#" ??
I have no clue what is causing your beeping but this is a global feature reset code.

Thank you for your response, but so much time has past by that I forget who this customer was, and I haven't heard of this problem since. I will certainly make use of that code thank you.
