Panasonic KXTDA30 DDI

Im considering adding DDI numbers to our Panasonic KXTDA30. Do I just order a group of DDI numbers to add to one of our incoming CO lines and then direct those numbers to their appropriate internal extension using the DDI table, or is it more complicated than that? Our incoming lines are all PSTN ( single single line and some multiline ) - do PSTN lines support DDI or do they need to be ISDN ( and consequently the need to add a BRI/PRI card ,I suspect the latter?

Hi
You need ISDN2e or 30 and appropriate card. When ordering pstn line conversion you request either a Single DDI or a range of DDIs. These are sold in blocks of 10
