The following is a complaint I received recently form a customer.
Our phones are still making a noise. What happens is when I’m on a call and
there is another call coming into the office, there is a loud clicking noise
heard by me and the other caller. Sheila noticed it too, when I was talking
to her yesterday. I have never run into this kind of problem before, any ideas.

Is it coming from the system unit or on the handset
