I have recently been reported a fault on a clients premises, there clubhouse house phone does not ring when extension is dialled. I went to site and when the clubhouse phone calls another extension it gets presented as '302 PQ' rather then '1419 clubhouse'. I pulled down the config and the extensions were in the wrong fields, so i changed them and then tested, now when the clubhouse calls out to another extension it gets presented as '1419 clubhouse'. However 8 hours later after leaving site, we get a call saying it has reverted back to '302 PQ'. How can this be??
