Panasonic KXTA-824 DIL Question

I have a Panasonic KXTA-824 and I am trying to DIL line 5 to a Panasonic 7880 cordless phone. I enabled the program CO mode and DIL'd the line, extension 120 which the cordless phone is on to line 5. When you call from an outside line, the line is solid like seized but the line does not ring on extension 120. The ringer is on and I've done a regular intercom call to extension 120 and the phone rings. So, I am stumped. Anything that you could tell me would be appreciated.

If you dil'd CO5 to Extension 120, Have you checked that 120 is assiged to the the jack number you dil'd on co 5.

Another option is to disable Parellel connect for the same jack
if a 7k series phone was previoulsy connected.
