Hey, I have a customer with a KXTD1232-6 dual cabinets. It has a TVS225 voice mail with 8 ports. It's been running for years. Recently; between the hours of 11:30pm & 12:30am. The Auto Attendant stops answering calls. It is a DR office so they use the auto attendant 24/7. They have 18 Co lines I/O. Sometimes the Auto Attendant ports get maxed. So to monitor the frequency, I set up a group of answer machines to intercept the calls when the voice mail ports get full.

Reseting voice mail clears problem. They state that the light is flashing on the Vmail when it is in this state. I saved the data and installed a new TVS-225 and reinstalled data. Problem continues. Further research shows Port 1 of the TVS on a DSS button lit steady when it is in this condition.

It's not real busy at night. So using the Panalog call accounting software. I can see the calls coming in like normal. Then the answering machine ports start intercepting. Then you see where the voice mail gets reset via a test call made from an extension, and it starts trucking along like normal.

The frequency of this has increased even with the new TVS225.
Port 1-4 are on the new 204 card also.
I'm going to go camp out there between these hours to see for myself what is or isn't happening. Anyone experienced this with the TD/TVS combo?

Thanks
