I have a KX-TVA50G pbx that has 4 KX-T0155 Cell stations attached to the dhlc4 ports. There are 24 Extensions programmed. 1 to VM, 3 to wired phones, and 20 to wireless KX-T7695 portables. The problem is that some of these wireless devices cannot be dialed. When you try dialing them you receive a message on the calling device, "CS not registered". If I go and pick up a device that cannot be dialed, take it off hook, than hang up, the device can be dialed again. I am fairly new to Panasonic PBX programming and configuration so any help is appreciated.

Correction, KX-TVA50G should be KX TDA50G

is this a busy system?, cs = cell station and ps - portable station. with 20 wireless extensions and 8 channels on which they all can be connected through is a bit tight.

if the 9 or more of the cordless extension are set to ring in an icd group, it will tie up all the channels and only allow 8 to ring. if this it the case set up a ps ring group and put that in to the icd group.

if the cells are spread out, 2 phones talking to each other or on out side lines in that area will busy that cell and a other call wont get through.

look in utility/ ps information, this will show what cell it is last known to be on, if there are loads on one cell it could cause you connection problems

How many trunk lines are on this system?
You realize depending how you have the 0155s spaced you could no way near going 16 intercom and outside calls going on at once on this configuiration ?

Shawn 16 calls at once, the KX-T0155 Cell stations are 2 channel units, he only has 4 giving a max of 8 channels and as you said depends on how the 0155s spaced they may only have 2 channels in one area.

You wont resolve that problem by putting more cells in one area, as too many in one place can cause problems as well if too close

Thank you for your responses. This system is not busy, and maximum calls were never reached. After updating software on both the TDA50G and T0155 stations, all wireless handsets are being seen by the system and can be dialed correctly.
