I am struggling to get the software for my Panasonic KX-TG5776S to work. It installs cleanly, but does not seem to recognize that the handset is connected to the computer. The OS wants to install a driver, but the driver is supposed to be bundled in with the included "Gigarange USB Utility". The phone recognizes that it is connected to a computer, but XP still says "Handset is not connected". I've been screwing around with this for three nights now, to no avail. Anyone know what I'm talking about??? Any help is appreciated.

have no idea what this unit is but go to control panel
device manager click on usb if you see the unit
you described with an ! inside of a yellow triangle
try reloading/updating the usb driver right there
if that doesn't work after that get on the phone with tech support
