I have two sets of KX TES824 system side by side to serve an office. There are configured as
separate units such that staff can only call within their respective system of 24 extensions.

Is there anyway to integrate the two systems such that an extension from one system can
call an extension on the other system seamlessly

yes, u will need FXO & FXS at both ends and setup ARS
