Panasonic KX-TES824 call forward to external

System Panasonic KX-TES824 2 x analogue lines, 3 x Keystation (kx-t7735), CLI and Voicemail cards.

Can anyone help with what should be a simple requirement.

Customer wants incomming calls in night mode forwarded to mobile.

with line mode normal and using flexible ringing with extensions in terminal group and last one in group set to unconditional forward, if you call that extension internally it forwards as expected and phones mobile, but external calls get to that extension and continue to ring (ignoring the forward).

If I change the line mode to DIL system will not allow me to pick a destination station which is set to uncondition forward, nor will it allow me forward from an extension to another extension which in turn is in unconditional forward to CO.

This is a very common requirement with small business customers, and one which I have set up many times on LG, Samsung etc so it must be possible on the KX-TES824, I don't mind if someone points out how thick I am being !, I just want a solution.

I never use forward off net its junk over here we put call forwarding or what you call call diverting on the lead number
and then we give them a soft key to turn it off and on!!
