Panasonic Kx-Tem824 lines has busy tones.

Good evening everyone.
Merry Christmas to us all.
Please, am having a little challenge.
Panasonic Kx-Tem824 when powered on, almost all the lines has busy tones and can't make calls while others have no tone at all.
What do I do?
