hi community, I need your help to upgrade mpr to latest private version US Version (8.0 or higher) because we got kx-nt511 propietary ip phones that cannot be used because the upgrade is needed to get it working. Thanks in advance

I have called my provider here on Mexico portentum, however they don't have access to the us version download.

Contact a dealer in USA for support otherwise you will be stuck with it or charged by a third-party will charge you.
Was the PBX supplied through a dealer?
