Panasonic kx-tde600 interlinked with Alcatel Oxo

I need to know if it's possible to interlink Panasonic kx-tde600 with Alcatel oxo using SIP trunk on both pbx. Or if not if there's any other way I can interlink them.

You should be able to interconnect the two via SIP.
And if they are in the same physical location & both have PRI ports, then you can interconnect using QSIG

Does Alcatel support IP- H323 trunk ( it's similar to Q-sig at ISDN ) ?
Attached are examples for NS and AVAYA so maybe something will help
