Hello, I have a question and would appreciate your help.
I recently started a new IT job where we have several Panasonic KX T7636 phones in the office along with a KX TDE 100 system.
It seems that a greeting message was recorded years ago, which I now need to change.

When I press *36 on the phones, nothing happens. When I try to transfer the greeting message via the PBX United Maintenance Console, I always get an error message saying "no available greeting cards."
I connect to PBX Unified Maintenace Console via LAN
How can I add a new greeting message?

To load OGM, you must first make an OUS for the 0190 card (OPB) and make an OUS for SVM in the processor properties. Then you can upload messages via the Unified Maintenance Console. Make the volume level 3-4 times lower than usual, otherwise there will be distortion. Then return everything to INS.

The messages must be 16 bits 8 khz mono. First check the message number in 5.3.2

*36 - is incorrect.
Correct is *36XY where:
X - is what you want to do with a message (X=0 to delete a message, X=1 to record/overwrite a message, X=2 to play a message)
Y - is a floating extension number of the message you want to operate (501-564 by default).

E.g. you want to record a new message that has floating ext no 555. You have to dial *361555.
But there are some requirements to do it.

P.S. This algorithm is not acceptable for wav-file uploading.

Thank you first for the answers, but the problem is that I cannot connect the PC to PBX for
transferring the announcement texts. The vaw files are already prepared

I use Panasonic PBX Unified Maintenace Console

But when i connect Message File to PC TO PBX its sags The available announcement cards are none

But i know they buy ESVM4 Voicemailcard für MSG Announcement card

ESVM4 submodule can be only installed onto OPB3 card.
To transfer wav-file to ESVM4 you should switch OPB3 card (NOT ESVM4!!!!) to OUS state.

Also TDE100 has preinstalled ESVM2 module (integrated into IPCMPR card).
To transfer wav-file to this ESVM2 module you should switch to OUS state this module itself.

Audio file must be *.wav, 8 kHz, 16 bit, mono.
