Panasonic KX-TDA30 cannot call directly to an extension from outside

Hi all,
I had to configure our pbx from scratch and Im not familiar with pbxs... I managed to make it work but now its not possible to call directly to an extension, if you call 1232430 (30 is the extension number) it goes directly to the Operator, but the extensions can call each other with no problem.

What type of trunk are you using?
Have you configured DID landing destinations correctly?
What have you attempted to do so far?

Thank you for your reply,
the type of trunk I guess is BRI2
I just did DID destinations and if I point the number + ext nr. to each extension it work, I tough this was done automatically, so I dont have to create a route in DID each time I add an extension.
