Panasonic KX-TDA200 - restrict an extension from making external calls 1

I have a Panasonic KX-TDA200 PABX

I have a number of KX-T7433 handsets in offices

I have one handset in a shared warehouse office and I would like to restrict the use of this handset to received external calls, but to only make internal calls or to enter a PIN/Password to make external calls

Can anyone advise how to do this?

using the station lock requires two steps

1. store a pin No:
lift handset type *799
type 1
enter pin No: Max 10 digit
type #
enter pin No again
type #

2.lock the handset.
lift hand type *771
3. to unlock
lift hand type *770 then pin No:

Will doing the above still allow the handset to make internal calls (without entering a PIN) and receive all calls?

yes internal calls only when locked
