I have a Panasonic KX-TDA200

I set it up two years ago to display the individual DDI's when someone made an external call - e.g if you called a cell phone your DDI would be displayed - but now it has reverted to displaying the main Switch number

Can anyone tell me how to set it up to display the DDI's again?

Thanks..

if it worked and now it doesn't and you are the only one
who has been didiling in the database and you did not touch anything in ext settings/ clid then I'dd point my finger at the provider....

I didn't touch anything - I entered all the DDI's originally against the extensions, but can't find my documentation

Can you tell me where I need to edit?

re-read my post if it was working and you have not modified
CLID entry in each ext then it's not a programing issue...

I did read your post, I simply wanted to determine how I could manually check that the DDI's were assigned in the correct location..

Archives are great you stated in an earlier post that you did not install or program this system....Get your story right!!

I did neither - a Panasonic vendor installed & programmed it.

Under instruction from the vendor, I've edited certain fields, changed the name on the extension and so on - the system is now out of warranty.

Please cite the post where I contradicted this?

If you have nothing constructive to offer, why bother posting?

Hey I gave you the answer to your question "click on isdn clip tab" and look at your help files what more do you want!!If you are looking for me to spell it out step by step
then your wrong....

I clicked on that tab and it contains only fields populated by zeros. It's not the field that was updated when the system was installed originall and did not resolve my problem.

In terms of what I want, I want you to either backup your claim above that I 'don't have my story straight' or withdraw the comment.

That and for you to lose the chip on your shoulder..

hmm if there are no clip entry then thats why it's not working
