Panasonic KX-TDA200 - block certain numbers 2

I have a Panasonic KX-TDA200 PABX

I want to block certain premium numbers and certain non-work related cell phone numbers from being dialled

I know it's under 2)System/7)Class of service - but I cannot find the exact option

this is done in 2 areas..

system speed dial table
first place all the numbers you want the user to be able to ring into the system speed dial table.

class of service set the system speed dial class of service to class of service 3

user class of service
set each user whos calls you want to restrict into class of service 3

COS is part of it. The second part is the restriction and allow tables you build in section 7. The quickest way to learn is to sit down with the features manual and read the section on TRS. It pretty much is filled with examples of how it's applied and how they interact.
