Hello,

I have set up a Panasonic KX-TDA15 system with both the KX-3191 and KX3192 cards installed however I am finding difficulty setting the system up correctly. There is one ISDN 2e line with 2 channels and four extensions. When someone calls i would like all four extensions to ring and after say 20 secs if nobody has picked up i would like the DISA system to kick in with a couple of options and the DISA system to either put the caller on hold until someone is available or send them to voicemail.

I seem to be unable to get all extensions to ring, i know i need to set up an Incoming Call Disstribution Group which I have done on floating extension 601 but I cannot get this to kick in so all extensions ring initially. I have been able to get the DISA system to kick in on the main handset but I cannot get it to send to voicemail or put on hold.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated as I have been at this for weeks. I am using the maintenance console.

Thanks in advance! Matt.

Hey Matt

To get all phones to ring you have to set the Ddi to ring 601

You can setup a few different options after that

You can set intercept no answer the group to 591 and set timer to 20 seconds. The first extension in the group if the ogm is recorded it will answer the call and allow caller to leave a message.

You could also setup queuing table to answer the call and play a message to queue the call and the last setting set to overflow it will send to the first phone voicemail if overflow no answer table to 591
