I have downloaded the Unified Panasonic Maintenance Console 7.8.1.1 R14 but get the "EA04201 Driver soft not found" error when installing on Windows 10. What I have done so far
1. I have downloaded some drivers online & save it in the Desktop directory but don't know how to point the software to get it since there's no option for unknown device in new
2. I have checked the saved drivers during installation and found that it only stopped at Win7
3. I have installed the software on Win7 on virtualbox but still face the same error
4. I have installed on another PC with Win10, then installed on Win7 on Virtualbox and still face the same issue.
PLEASE I NEED YOUR USUAL HELP TECHS

The Win7 USB derivers work for Win10 machines.
In the USB drivers folder, if your machine is 32/64 bit select the appropriate folder and install.
I have noticed it disturbs sometimes but it eventually works.

Thank you @Omonat. But my problem is that the driver doesn't seem installable and I cannot point to the drivers through the console software since I don't get the 'unknown device option'

@Omonat. Thank very much. After looking at your post, I realized I can install the driver through device manager and it worked. Thanks

@ soAnet i always install it through the device manager.
