Panasonic KX-TDA100D - problem with phones KX-DT521, KX-DT321 working ok

Hello,
I kindly ask for help.
I have Panasonic KX-TDA100D with this firmwares:

Telephones KX-DT321 working fine but I received today new version KX-DT521 and when I plugged I see only zeros "00000000000" on menu and I couldn't register phone or enter to any settings. I could make a phone call but without any identification from other side.

The dlc card has to be v8 to work. There is also a v5 that is released for the dt5 series phones. Not sure what exsact version number off hand it is
