panasonic kx-tda100 phone assistant barge-in not working

i config the phone assistant client 3rd party to pbx kx-tda100.
call event and supervisory is activated. but barge not working and error:
failed to barge in to the selected ongoing call.

i not found class of service on extension setting on the maintenance console.
please help for find the path of config?

maintenance console/system/cos setting
but error barge:
failed to barge in to the selected ongoing call.
