Hello!
Can you please help me how should I start to troubleshoot the PBX shown in the image. By the way SLT card #6 light is off ( i think it's a dead card).

Thank you in Advance.
Keep safe everyone!

thank you Mike.

will do check the voltage on those points.

If there are problems in the control points. should i let the board fixed or replace it with a new board?

I think, it's a problem in a power supply circuits +5V. May be a fuse has broken down.

I checked all the fuse with a multi tester. All of them have continuity.

Are there other options how can i check the cards if possible?

How often does the main board of the KX TDA 200 get damaged if anyone knows?
The system I'm trying to fix been running since 2007.

Please bear with me I'm still new in the PBX area. It's difficult to call tech with the pandemic, we still have a lot of lock downs.
Anyway, Thank you in advance for any advice, help you can share.

What does a diagnosis test show?
There is Console Utility (U) -> Diagnosis (D).

sorry if it seems like a very basic answer, but by programming
the card will not be out of service?

Back up, re-initialise the system and re-arrange the cards in correct order. The restore.
I think i experienced something like this before

Wanet Telecoms Limited

Yeah, i did put back the cards.. reset and restore. Cards and pbx is working again. ☺
The slc card that was "dead" from the start was the only one with no changes. Maybe it already needs replacement.

Thank you very much to you all.
Keep safe!
