Panasonic KX-TD816 Line Key Issue's

Hi

We have a customer using a TD816, which has been recently upgraded to ISDN2 with DDI, the calls route to a "ALL Ring" hunt group, and the problem we are having is when the customer had analogue lines, she used to be able to pick calls via a line key that was "FLASHING" this no longer happens.

Has anyone come across anything like this before, or can anyone think of a work around for this ??

you dont have to use ddi to ring group, leave the main number ddi as blank and it will use the dil 1:n table just the same as the analogue line, any DDI you want to use as DDI just use those in the table
