Panasonic KX-TD1232 - how do i add a line that can be picked up?

We have a client that has a Panasonic KX-TD1232. my boss used to program them way back in the day but isnt around anymore. i know VERY basic programming on it and have the manual but have been struggle adding a line that can be picked up. here is the situation:

X104 had a line on it, line CO-5. it rings and she can pick it up.

I added line CO-5 to X107. i can make calls outbound on that line, see when a user is on that line, and see it ring. but i am unable to pick up that line(CO-5) from X107. is there a way to make so it isnt a private line and so the line can be awnsered on both phones? looking through the manual doesnt seem super intuitive and im pretty lost on how to remedy this.

if it is not flashing then it is dil1:1 to ext105 you need to change this and program dil 1:n for line 5 to ring both phones or just ext 105 and any one with that line key can pick up.

codes are in the 600 rang and 400 rang and are different ror usa systems so have a look around there or one of the USA guys may tell you the codes.. UK is 603 day 604 night
