Panasonic KX-TA824 log all calls situation

Customer bought new KX-TA824.
not all calls are being logged in caller ID log.
Is there somewhere in laptop programming that I can set system to log all calls at all phones.
System is setup 3 lines x 4 extensions.

Seems answered calls do not get logged.

Is there a way to program from a phone and change the caller id log to log and or store answered calls?

call logging is normally only missed calls, but you can enable answered calls in caller id- call logs- answered calls logged. this is done per extension
