Panasonic KX-TA824 Caller ID help

Hello,

I have a Panasonic Advanced Hybrid System KX-TA824. My phones are KX-T7731. I have been unable to get caller ID to work. I have followed all the programming directions and still no caller ID. My Phone company confirms I do have this feature. Please help! Thanks
