Panasonic KX-T816

I have a panasonic KX-T816 phone system. One day everything works fine and then all of a sudden only extension 101 has calls ringing in. All other phones the light just flashes. Then all of a sudden it is back to normal and then it will do it again. Any ideas out there?

Time service is on auto or there is a night button on a phone that someone is pressing.

This could cause different behaviour of incoming calls
