We have a Panasonic KX-T816 phone system and if someone is on the main line the 2nd and 3rd line do not ring, they just light up. If no one is on the first line the 2nd and 3rd line will ring. Any ideas on how to fix this so that all lines ring regardless if someone is on any one of the lines?

sounds like the line rings only one phone on dil, if you only want onephone to ring then dial 7311, call waiting and the second call should flash and bleep on that phone.
