We have a KX-TEM824 + KX-T7730 System
and some intercom lines and 3 outside lines are connected to it.
When We want to transfer one of free outside lines to one of internal lines to make them able to call outside , we work as the manual says for "Transferring a call" as "Unscreened to an extension" (Transfer -> extension no. -> On-Hook)
Sometimes it work and most of times it fails and the internal user hears nothing (No dial Tone) in his phone. (when we connect outside caller to internal line it always work properly)
What's the problem ?
How can I fix it?
