Panasonic KX-T7665 call logs in UCX250

Dear experts,

I found one missing call in my KX-T7665.
Although I assigned a call log key in this phone set but it showed "not supported" when I press it. I read the E-metrotel document and it should support the call log in UCX250 for this phone.
Is there any way to show the missing call in this phone set?

KX-T7665 does not have any soft keys. UCX uses soft keys to select the call list (placed, received, missed) and to go up/down in the list. With a phone without soft keys, the user cannot do that, so the system indicates that the feature is not supported.
