is there any ways to solve this problem? From what i have read from the manual, the red error may causes one of the following;
– Power was cut without performing the shutdown procedure.
– No IP address(es) assigned for the DSPcard(s) by the DHCP server.

I've already tried to perform system shutdown using Web Maintenance Console and i still get the red led status.
I don't have any DSP card installed into the PBX. is it a must to have DSP card install into the system?

You should just clear the error log in the system and the status light should then turn green
Normally it turns red as an indication that an error has occurred, not always fatal

Thanks for the reply, yeah once i clear up the error log, the status light turns into green. I will take that in mind and thanks for the solution.

Cheers
