prejudice from my client I installed a Panasonic KX-NS500, works almost everything and I did an ISDN connection with BP250, I realized that the LED status of the panasonic is red, it is something serious? how can I solve it, or is normal

Can be something stupid like power being disconnected when its been rebooted or maybe the lines been disconnected during install,
Go to utility>error logs>clear major/minor and light will go to green
