Hello!
We have KX-NS500. Apparently the internal clock of the unit is not very precise and after two months we have a difference of 2+ minutes with the real time.
We need to keep the unit always with the real time. For this reason we configured the SNTP option, with the IP of a time server. The port is always 123 (standard port for NTP).
However, every day at 3:14am, the unit tries to get the time update but all the times the operation ends with an error:
Error code: 132, Subcode: 50100
Collection of date and time was failed (SNTP client)
The syslog shows a similar message: KX-NS svcmng:[#err] <147> 18/10/17 03:14:03 MN ALM #132 00 50100 Collection of date and time was failed (SNTP client)
According with the Panasonic documentation, the probable cause are:
• SNTP server is not active
• Network malfunction
In the same network we have several other equipment with time update and using the same NTP server, and all of them are working properly.
Do you know how we can solve this issue?
Thank you
JC
