Panasonic KX NCP - and KX NT321 1

My Friend and Pansonic reseller currently passed from a heart attack (45 years old!! RIP!)
and Now before we switch to a new vendor I'm trying to figure out some of the easy stuff myself.

We have an extension 348 (KX NT321) that isn't ringing when a certain number is called. It's in the extension group with all the other phones that ring. Is there something else that needs to be changed?

Thanks for your help and if anyone can recommend a good Panasonic Phone guy in the New Jersey (Central) area, let me know!

I should mention it's a KX NCP 500 PBX!

I found the answer for anyone else needing it.

1. In group ICD you have to have the group set up. Then select member list and add in your extension.

Voila.
