I have a customer with 10 IP Softphones working remotely with a NS700, but I seem to getting problems nearly every day on connections issues or calls dropping. Calls dropping mostly but not at any specific in the call or the call sound like under the sea, that what I am told.
The company broadband is 200 up and 200 down so thats not the issue ...I hope
Some staff are connected by a vpn on their laptops at home so I can use the local of IP address of the PBX and some staff are connected by the external IP address as some staff use True Grid as the vpn client.
Also when staff are talking to each other the call drops. Is there an issue between a app connected on a local ip to a app connected by external ip
I have the app install since March all with usb headsets...
Any pointers where I can improve things
