Hello. I installed an hts32, it has an analog line and 2 ip lines. When I call through the analog line, I receive the welcome message (DISA), but if I call the SIP lines, the call goes directly to the administration phone (101). For what is this?

It's in Spanish, but I think it's understandable

Thanks!

At your screenshot we can see your DIL setting. Check if there is DDI is ON for your SIP-trunks. Try to switch it off.

previously the DDI had it deactivated, and the boxes were blank. Someone told me that I should activate it and place the telephone numbers of the SIP lines there so that they lead to the message (501), for example.

I can mistake but I still think that DDI is enabled. And "the boxes were blank" means that there is no DDI-destination fo that calls, that's why they goes to operator (101 by default).

Or you can try do as in advice - switch DDI to ON and set your DDI-numbers and destination numbers into corresponding fields.

Okay. It actually turned out that I had to put the phone numbers of the sip line in DIL, now when they call, it redirects them to the pre-recorded message. thanks for your help. it was working!
