Hi everyone,
I am working on a Panasonic KX-TDE200 and I am trying to barge in an outgoing FWD call, without disconnect the call when a monitor device leave the conference call.
I notice that the Panasonic Pbx Kx-tde200 presents a great delay closing a forwarded call to a different Co line. So I came up with the idea of introducing a monitor phone(with an operator) that will terminate manually the call.
More specifically, I am forwarding an incoming call via a different Co line.
I am able to forward the call to a different Co line by configuring ICDG,COS and FWD.(basically trunk to trunk)
Also I am able to barge in a normal call in conference mode by configuring executive override.
Yet, when I try to accomplish my final goal, something goes wrong and call gets disconnected.
P.S -->Should I change completely my strategy and try to solve the issue using timers config..or SOMETHING ELSE?
