So I have a location that says their phone sets are Panasonic Easaphone KXT 3186b. They also say that they have no pbx behind it. Are the KXT 3186 analog? Are they Centrex phones?

It is a basic, and old, three or four line phone, can't remember which. It is not a system phone, just a basic multi-line analog phone.
