Hi All

Have a customer with a KXTDE200 working well but it also has about 15 system Dects and cell stations etc attached.
I cannot replaced the faulty system dects handsets, my question is there alternative cordless system available without replacing the pbx.

The building has good wifi

For correct deregistration of DECT handset you should to use "forced deregistration" option (see menu 1-2).
Also you can send your DMSYS file to your Panasonic dealer and they can remove your faulted handsets from PBX programm.

Alternate DECT systems are: Panasonic SIP-DECT, Gigaset DECT solutions, KIRK, etc. But they will not work well with your PBX.

If you mean you cannot replace due to stock I had this issue....

In my opinion you are best trying to move your customer to a new PBX, we have moved alot of our customers to NEC SL2100/SV9100
The DECT is fantastic and no stock issues :)

If you are adamant on keeping the Panasonic you can flip it to a SIP based DECT system, Yealink do the W80 system but SIP extension licenses for your PBX will cost a fair bit.

Panasonic DECT PS are few and far between. If you want to keep your client in Panasonic sets, you could move them to an E-metrotel with a DSM for the digital extensions. You could then use SNOM or other SIP wireless handsets.
