Does anybody know the pinout for a DBS 90 VB42210 phone and does it use analogue or digital to the phone. I need to record some of these phones and so far the only idea I have thought of is to use a splitter on the handset and record the analogue that way.

The best way to record calls, if the system does not support it directly, would be to put your recording equipment on the CO lines before the equipment.

needs to be extension specific ,without a call logger we cannot map calls to extn
