Has anybody out there ever set up a DBS phone system with a TVS voicemail? I have a customer that for some reason wants to do this. Hopefully someone can send me the info on integrating them together. Or if somebody has the saved programming from the TVS that they can email to me so I can take a look at it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

youd be better off calling austin telecom and buying the voicemail that was made to bolt on to the dbs you'll never get the tvs to work as well as the unit meant for the dbs and in case you were not privy to an email from 2 days ago
panasonic dbs is no longer supporting there dbs product at all.....

Yeah I know. I foud out that they inherited it from another company and their IT guy thought it would be a good idea to default them. So they were working together, I know not like their supposed to, but with some semblance of a working voicemail. To top it off I have to talk their IT guy through the programming. Right now it answers normally after 4 rings and goes to the greeting, but when you enter an ext number it goes straight into the mailbox. I already had him check the all calls transfer and tried different combos in the dialing in the vmail (FX, FXA, and so on). I just wanted to see if the message lights would work and being able to log into a mbox by pushing one button and doing vmail transfers.
