Panasonic DBS w PanaVoice

I have a customer who has inherited a Panasonic DBS w PanaVoice. Can someone tell me how to access the programming on this to reset the voice mail box passwords? I'm an Avaya girl and don't know this line at all. Have the DBS manuals but nothing on the VM.
