Panasonic DBS VB-42020 HELP

I have a VB-42020 616 system, I just installed it in my house. I have most of the programming done, but have 2 issues.

1- I could not find the option to enable caller-id, I have 2 modules installed, VB42410 feature package A, and VB42412 Feature Package C

2- Is there a way to disable the 2 co lines from 2 phones, so I could just use it as an intercom. I only have 2 co's comming into the pbx.

UPDATE, Just need info on Caller-id, I found the options to disable the lines on 2 extensions.

Thanks for the info, but unfortunately the manual you had a link for, is not relevent to the 616 system. Totally different animal. Not sure what you ment by "what do you think

What I "ment" by this is if you don't have CID listed as an option in the 616 manual, it probably wasn't implemented.

An 824 is usually inexpensive on the secondary market. I think I have a pair in the warehouse for less than $200 each.
