Panasonic D 1232 DSHS password reset

Customer has a previously installed Panasonic D 1232 DSHS.
Vendor put in their own proprietary Password. Is there an easy way to do a password reset without losing all programming info?

do you know what version of software the system is running? I think you can bypass the password , but only before version 4 , I think.

Hi there guys and gals.
There was a post related to this, about hooking up laptop, dowloading database, and then seeing password.
Does anyone know where to look in Database?
I am not that smart.
