I really need some assistance on this one people. I have a site with a tda 100. USB cable to 6 licence DTA SW. to Goldmine data base.

Now I have been told by Panasonic that their TAPI driver does not work so they use a small dialler program called GMDialler (I believe)
The setup is tda100 - usb cable to server and dta sw on server.

I cannot get pop up to work from the aa. its dumping the call to the ext - group with the tvp ext number then the ddi. because of this the goldmine does not screen pop.

however ddi - ext with out routing through aa works straight away

Is just transfer to EXT, which is a ICD Group with sales members within it.

Yeah but I'm talking about the actual transfer sequence. Is it a supervised transfer or a blind transfer (FX or FXD respectively) If its a supervised transfer, maybe the software is seeing it more as an internal call and not popping up for that reason...

I really don't know then. That was all I could think of. Perhaps its more of a software issue then, because a blind transfer should appear pretty much the same as an incoming call.

Perhaps the group issue is the problem. Does it work when a DDI is pointed to a group??

I'm just thinking about what is displayed on the screen when a call is transferred. For a DDI to ext you'd get line no and CID. For a DDI to ext you'd also get the group ID. Maybe thats what is stuffing it up...
