Using Panasonic's Communication Assistant (CA), and TDE100, I'm able to dial from 64-bit Outlook 2007 using the CRM toolbar that appears in Outlook with the CA installation; single click dialing from a drop down menu of the contact's phone numbers. I've found no way to activate the toolbar in Outlook 2010. Panasonic Tech Support has no resolution at this time; new CA software on the horizon, but no date or specifics of resolving this issue. I've sent them an email asking if TAPI/Panasonic TSP could be the answer, but no reply as yet. Any solution, or suggestion would be appreciated.
